Testing Systems for Texture Analysis and Packaging
Foodstuffs are the raw or processed basic elements of
our nourishment. There are animal and vegetable foods.Animal foods are meat, animal fats, milk, eggs and the foods which are prepared from these e.g. cheese, butter, sausage, canned foods.
