Webster Hardness Testing Pliers

The handy, portable, Zwick Webster hardness testing pliers combine reproducible test results with ease of operation. 

Simply squeezing the grips together causes the test spring to press the indentor into the specimen (material thickness 0.6 mm – 8 mm). The indentation depth is shown on a scale; the value is read off and converted to Rockwell hardness using the table supplied.

Three different Webster pliers models are available from Zwick:

• Model B (aluminium, aluminium alloys and other materials in the range Rockwell E 25 - E 110)
• Model B75 (brass, harder aluminium alloys and steel grades in the range Rockwell E 25 - E 100) 
• Model BB75 (copper alloys in the range Rockwell E 20 - E 100).
